Today, we announce that we have been acquired by leading engineering services provider, Ipsum, in a move to provide a broader range of specialist private network capabilities, such as connections, asset installation and replacement, and maintenance of high-voltage electrical infrastructure.

Ipsum is a leading provider of engineering services in the Power, Water, Infrastructure and Telecoms sectors. It works in partnership with customers across regulated and non-regulated environments to optimise asset performance, supporting the security and resilience of critical networks.
