We are incredibly proud to celebrate two remarkable milestones: 10 years of service from our Managing Director, Andrew Pierce MIET, and National Sales Director David Pierce IEng MIET.

Andy isn’t just a leader, he’s the heart of RJ Power. Over the past decade, he has shaped not only a successful and respected business, but a workplace that people genuinely love being part of. His kindness, generosity and welcoming nature have created an environment where everyone feels valued, supported and inspired.

Dave is exceptionally well known across the power engineering industry, and for very good reason. Hugely charismatic, widely respected and genuinely well liked, he combines vast technical expertise with honesty, humour and an ability to connect with people that is truly rare. With an impressive three decades of experience under his belt, Dave is a trusted voice and a constant source of insight. Whether tackling complex challenges or offering thoughtful, straight-talking advice, he brings clarity, integrity and good humour to everything he does.
